Ural appoint former FNL president Igor Efremov as Vice President

Igor Efremov has been appointed Vice-President of Ural Ekaterinburg. The 51-year-old has extensive experience in senior positions in Russian football, having previously led the Football National League (FNL) for 10 years. 

At Ural Igor Viktorovich will be responsible for a wide range of sporting issues. He will not only work with the main team, but will also supervise the youth team and Ural-II, as well as interact with the Ural Youth Sports School and the Ural Football Academy.
