Ural sign Kosovan winger Ylldren Ibrahimaj

Ural Ekaterinburg have completed the signing of 25-year-old winger Ylldren Ibrahimaj from Norwegian club Viking. He will wear the number 17 shirt for Ural.

Ellgren was born in Norway, where he performed throughout his career. He played over 100 matches for Arendal from his hometown from 2012 to 2017 helping them earn promotion from the fourth tier to the second. Then he joined Norwegian First League club Mjendalen before moving to Viking half a year later, where he immediately became a key player. 

After winning promotion to the elite division of Norwegian football, in 2019 Ibrahimaj won the Norwegian Cup and earned his first callup to the Kosovo national team. In the 2020 season he played 26 league games, scoring seven goals.
