Spartak Moscow have reached an agreement with Fiorentina for the transfer of striker Aleksandr Kokorin to Fiorentina. The striker will go to Italy for a medical examination and, if successful, will sign a contract with La Viola.
Kokorin follows former Russian Premier Liga stars Eldor Shomurodov and Aleksey Miranchuk in moving to Serie A this season. He has scored two goals in eight RPL appearances this campaign.
After eight years at Dynamo Moscow, the Russian international joined Zenit St. Petersburg in 2016 where he won the RPL, the Russian Cup and Russian Super Cup. In total he has scored 93 goals in all Russian competitions, and scored 12 goals in 48 caps for Russian national team.
