Aleksey Gritsaenko and Mikhail Kostyukov have signed for Rubin Kazan from FC Tambov. They have both signed four-year deals for Leonid Slutsky’s side, having previously been teammates in the Russian Premier Liga at Enisey Krasnoyarsk.
Central defender Gritsaenko had played last season on loan at Tambov from FC Krasnodar before making the deal permanent last summer. To date he has scored three goals in 55 RPL appearances.
Rubin will become Kostyukov’s fourth RPL club, after also previously representing Amkar Perm before Enisey and Tambov. The winger has scored 17 goals in 93 appearances in the Russian top flight.
