Spartak winger Maksim Glushenkov has joined FC Khimki on loan. The agreement is valid until the end of the season and does not include an option to buy for the Moscow Region club.
Last autumn, the 21-year-old underwent surgery on his anterior cruciate ligament. At Spartak’s training camp in Dubai, he worked on an individual program.
After coming through the Chertanovo academy, Glushenkov signed for the Red-Whites two years ago, before enjoying a successful spell on loan at Krylia Sovetov Samara last year during which he scored three goals in eight RPL starts. He has played and scored in all three professional levels of Russian football, having made 21 top-flight appearances overall.
