Aleksandr Vasyutin leaves Zenit for Djurgardens on loan

Zenit St. Petersburg announced the agreenment with Djurgardens on loan of 25-year-old goalkeeper Aleksandr Vasyutin. The loan runs till the end of the year and includes buy-out option.

The St. Petersburg native joined Zenit system in 2013, he had been playing for the youth team since 2013 till 2016. In 2016 he signed on loan with Lahti from Finland and marked his debut match with scoring his only career goal. He spent in Lahti two-and-half years.

In summer 2018 Vasyutin joined Sarpsborg 08 as free agent, he played 25 games in Norwegian Tippeligaen and 11 Europa League matches before coming back to Zenit in 2019. In 2019/20 season the keeper participated in two RPL matches against FC Orenburg and FC Rostov and in last 16 Russian Cup game against Tom Tomsk.
