FC Rostov and Lokomotiv Moscow reached an agreenment on transfer of Roman Tugarev, who have started this season with Valery Karpin's team on loan.
The Yellow-Blues and midfielder signed five-year contract.
During this RPL season Tugarev played in eight matches and scored his only goal against Akhmat Grozny on matchday 18 from the direct free-kick.
The 22-year-old player is Lokomotiv Moscow graduate and in two last seasons participated in 10 league games with his native club.
