print version

Following yesterday’s defeat at home to Akhmat Grozny, Murad Musaev tendered his resignation as head coach of FC Krasnodar, which the club management accepted. According to the club, a replacement will be announced in the next few days.

Musaev has only worked for FC Krasnodar so far in his coaching career, working his way up through academy and youth team positions to become head coach in the summer of 2018. He guided Krasnodar to consecutive third-place finishes, and into their first ever Champions League group-stage campaign this season.
