Khlusevich signs pre-agreement with Spartak

Arsenal Tula midfielder Daniil Khlusevich has signed a contract with Spartak Moscow that will begin on 1 January 2022. The Russia under-21 international’s deal will last until the end of the 2025/26 season.

Khlusevich has started all but one of Arsenal’s 13 Russian Premier Liga fixtures this season so far, scoring two goals and making one assist. He has added six caps for Mikhail Galaktinov’s under-21 side since making his debut in June, scoring twice in the European Under-21 Championship qualifier against Malta.

In total, the 20-year-old midfielder has played 43 top-flight matches for the Tula club, having previously scored 16 and assisted 15 goals in the youth-level J-League.
