Spartak Moscow have completed the signing of Jamaican international striker Shamar Nicholson from Belgian side Charleroi. The 24-year-old has signed a four-and-a-half year contract with the Red-Whites. 

Nicholson moved to Europe in 2017 with Slovenian side Domzale where he scored 20 goals in 56 matches, before joining Charleroi two years later. With the Belgian side he bagged 31 goals in 83 games, including 13 goals (and five assists) in 18 matches this season.

The 1.92m forward has also scored 10 goals and made six assists in 29 caps for Jamaica.
