Rubin suspend Filip Uremovic’s contract

Rubin Kazan have agreed to suspend the contract of Croatian defender Filip Uremovic until the summer of 2022. 

The 25-year-old club captain has appeared in all but two of Rubin’s Russian Premier Liga fixtures so far this campaign, and will not be available for tonight's game at home to Rostov.

His temporary leave from the club follows similar movements made by Sead Haksabanovic and Anders Dreyer, who both left Kazan last week.
