Lokomotiv Moscow officially signed FC Khimki goalkeeper Ilya Lantratov on three-and-half-year contract.
27-year-old player came back to the club, which he had been representing since 2014 to 2016. Lantratov never played for the first team but appeared in 35 matches for youth team and 8 matches for Lokomotiv-2.
Lantratov started as professional in Salyut Belgorod before joining Lokomotiv, then played for Shinnik, Baltika and Fakel. Goalkeeper signed with Khimki before 2019/20 season and at the end helped them to get promotion to RPL and to reach Russian Cup final. Lantratov made 74 appearances for the Red-Blacks in RPL, playing fully 2020/21 and 2021/22 seasons in the top division. Keeper made 23 clean sheets and saves 7 penalties.
Lantratov became third newcomer in Lokomotiv, previously club signed Sergey Pinyaev and Maksim Glushenkov from Krylia Sovetov Samara.
