Fakel sign two Algerians from Botev on loan

Fakel Voronezh officially signed midfielders Reda Rabei and Mohamed Brahimi on loan for the rest of 2022/23 season from Botev Plovdiv.

28-year-old Rabei is central midfielder, has been playing for Botev since the beginning of 2021. This season he spent 15 matches in national First League. He played futsal in France before going to big football in 2016. Rabei was a player for French clubs Wasquehal, Amiens SC, AS Lyon-Duchere, US Avranches, the second part of 2017/18 season he spent in Romania representing Juventus Bucuresti. Since 2019 till 2021 the Algerian played for Fremad Amager in Denmark.

24-year-old Brahimi is wing player, he played in France for Hauts Lyonnais and Vaulx-en-Velin before moving to Bulgaria in 2020. The Algerian signed firstly with Tsarsko Selo Sofia, then joined Neftochimic Burgas and Pirin Blagoevgrad, and at the beginning of 2022 became Botev player. In 16 First League matches Brahimi made three assists and earned three penalties for his team.
