Spartak announce re-signing with Guillermo Abascal

Spartak Moscow and head coach Guillermo Abascal signed new deal, official club statement says.

Re-signed contract will be running until summer 2025. 33-year-old Spanish has been working with the Red-Whites since 10 June. His team got 36 points in 17 RPL matches and finished the first part of the season as second. Spartak also won the Russian Cup group and qualified to top seed quarter-finals, where they will meet Lokomotiv on 22 & 27 February.
