Torpedo Moscow and Andrey Talalaev agreed to terminate the contract, which was signed in October 2022.

Club president Yaroslav Savin noted via official statement that new coach will be hired soon.

Talalaev was third Torpedo head coach this season after Aleksandr Borodyuk and Nikolay Kovardaev (officially position was taken by Nikolay Savichev). In eight matches under Talalaev the Black-Whites took two points, team goes 16th in the standings with eight points (club made a statement before RFU CDC decision to award the team with 3-0 win against Pari NN – Premierliga.ru).

Before going to Torpedo Talalaev was fired from Akhmat Grozny, where he had been working as head coach for two years. His RPL experience also includes work with FC Rostov, Volga Nizhny Novgorod and Krylia Sovetov Samara.
