Fakel Voronezh officially announced Roman Akbashev leaving after expiration of his contract.

Akbashev joined Fakel in 2020; during three seasons he had helped team to promote from FNL to RPL and to stay in top division after first year.

In 2022/23 season midfielder scored six goals in RPL, which made him second Fakel scorer, and he added brace against Enisey in the relegation play-off.
