Cristian Ramirez leaves Krasnodar for Ferencvarosi

FC Krasnodar officially agreed transfer of defender Cristian Ramirez to Hungarian champions Ferencvarosi TC.

28-year-old Ecuadorian born moved back to club, he played for since 2015 till 2017. In that time Ramirez won Hungarian championship, League Cup, and national Cup (last trophy for three times). Currently Ferencvarosi is coached by former Russia national team manager Stanislav Cherchesov.

Ramirez joined Krasnodar in January 2017, in 2021 he was given a Russian citizenship. Player made 187 appearances for the Bulls, which is sixth result in club’s history. Ramirez scored three goals; first of them against Rennais became first ever Krasnodar goal in Champions League group stage, other two were scored in 2022/23 RPL season. Defender won RPL bronze medals in 2018/19 and 2019/20 seasons and played in 2022/23 Russian Cup final.
