Rubin sign Ugochukwu Iwu from Urartu

Rubin Kazan officially signed three-year contract with midfielder Ugochukwu Iwu from Urartu.

Nigerian born came to Armenia in 2018, since that he played for Lori, Pyunik and Urartu. In 2022/23 season 23-year-old midfielder won Armenian Premier League and national Cup with Urartu.

In March 2023 Iwu made debut for Armenia national team in UEFA EURO 2024 qualifying match against Turkey. He has four international caps in total.
