Spartak Moscow officially made changes at sports director position.

On 1 January, Portuguese specialist Tomas Amaral will start his job as sports director. Amaral will join Red-Whites from Benfica, during the last four years he has been working for Lisbon club as senior scout.

His predecessor Paul Ashworth will move to the position of technical director. Ashworth was hired by Spartak in September 2022.
