Spartak Stadium to be renamed as Lukoil Arena

Spartak Moscow announced the name changing of home stadium, now it will be named as Lukoil Arena.

Since the opening in 2014 stadium was naming after Otkrytie Bank: as Otkrytie Arena since 2014 to 2020; as Otkrytie Bank Arena since 2021 to 2023.

45-thousand-capacity stadium hosted FIFA Confederations Cup in 2017 and FIFA World Cup year later.

Spartak will resume RPL season with a trip to Zenit in Week 19 fixture, while their first league home match will take place during Week 20 against Fakel.
