Lokomotiv sign Nikita Saltykov, player stays with Krylia Sovetov on loan

Lokomotiv Moscow and Krylia Sovetov Samara agreed the transfer of 19-year-old midfielder Nikita Saltykov.

Player singed with the Railwaymen contract, which will be valid until January 2028, but he will resume the season with Krylia on loan.

Saltykov moved to Samara from Chertanovo in February 2022; firstly, he was loaned to Zvezda St. Petersburg in the Second League, then to Akron Togliatti in the First League. In 2023/24 season midfielder made debut for Krylia Sovetov in RPL, and he reached the winter break with four goals and four assists in 17 matches. In September Saltykov participated in two friendly matches between Russia national team and Egypt U-23.
