Krasnodar re-sign Matvey Safonov until 2029

FC Krasnodar officially signed new deal with team goalkeeper and captain Matvey Safonov.

The contract was extended until 31 January 2029, as previously it would be expired on 31 December 2025.

Safonov is Krasnodar Academy graduate, he made official debut for the main team on 13 August 2017 in RPL match against Amkar Perm. In RPL goaltender made 135 appearances and kept 44 clean sheets. With Krasnodar Safonov won two league bronze medals and reached Russian Cup Superfinal. Matvey also played 12 matches for Russian national team.
