Marco Nikolic officially becomes CSKA head coach

CSKA Moscow and Serbian coach Marco Nikolic officially signed two-year contract.

Both sides agreed the deal principally on 4 June, day after the Armymen parted ways with former head coach Vladimir Fedotov.

Nikolic will coach second RPL team. Since June 2020 to October 2021 the Serbian had been working with Lokomotiv, which he led to two medal finishes (silver in 2019/20 season, bronze in 2020/21 season) and winning 2020/21 Russian Cup. In 2023/24 season Nikolic was a head coach to Shabab Al Ahli in the UAE.
