Previously Lokomotiv signed goalkeeper Anton Mitryushkin from Khimki as free agent and Dmitry Vorobyev from Orenburg on transfer fee. Before Timofeev left, Akhmat parted ways with Andrey Semenov, Vladimir Ilyin, Mohamed Konate and Nene Gbamble.
