Ivan Sergeev moves back to Krylia Sovetov

Krylia Sovetov Samara and Zenit St. Petersburg officially completed the transfer of forward Ivan Sergeev.

29-year-old player signed three-year contract with Krylia making comeback to Samara after two-and-half years with Zenit. Sergeev had been playing for Krylia Sovetov in 2020/21 season and first half of 2021/22 season reaching RPL promotion as first-placed FNL team and Russian Cup final. In 66 matches with Krylia striker scored 51 goals.

With Zenit Sergeev won three RPL titles, three Super Cups, became Russian Cup winner. In all competitions player scored 30 goals making 93 appearances (20 goals scored in 66 RPL matches). As Zenit player Sergeev made Russia national team debut participating in three friendly matches.
