Orenburg sack David Deogracia

FC Orenburg announced the resignation of David Deogracia from the head coach position.

51-year-old Spanish coach was hired as first team manager on 22 August 2023. Under him Orenburg earned 30 points in 25 RPL matches and avoided the relegation finishing the 2023/24 season twelfth, but this season the team made the only win against Spartak in Week 1, and after ten matches they go 14th with seven points.

Senior coach Ilshat Aytkulov was appointed as interim manager for the upcoming match against Zenit on 5 October. Aytkulov spent full career with Orenburg club playing for 13 years (1990–2003) and having 20-year experience as assistant coach (started in 2004).
