Football clubs Zenit and CSKA announced the deal on midfielder Sasa Zdjelar.

29-year-old player from Serbia left CSKA to become Zenit player and sign contract for one and half years. Zdjelar moved to Russia in summer 2022 having the experience of playing for OFK, Olympiakos, Mallorca and Partizan. As CSKA player, the midfielder appeared in 70 RPL matches, 96 in all competitions, and scored once. Zdjelar is 2022/23 Russian Cup winner with the Armymen.

Zenit totally signed three new players this winter adding Zdjelar to Luis Herique from Botafogo and Ognjen Mimovic from Crvena Zvezda (on loan).
