On 4 March at 12-00 in the House of Football at Taganka a press-conference of the Russian Football Premier League top management will be held. It will be dedicated to summing up the winter off-season, the second registration period and start of SOGAZ-Russian Football Championship Spring stage of season 2012-2013.

Entrance of mass media representatives will be allowed on editorial certificate demonstration. Journalists gathering is in the House of Football at 11-50.
