In the final stage of the season Volga is led by an Ukrainian specialist Yuriy Kalitvintsev who is well-known as a player of Dynamo Kiev and Lokomotiv Nizhny Novgorod. During a winter break several players of the main squad and a head coach Gadzhi Gadzhiev left the team.

In this game disqualified Sapogov will not play for Volga that is a significant loss. For the club from Nizhny Novgorod Kuban is an extremely uncomfortable opponent that can be illustrated with the games ratio. Volga has not scored points in games against Kuban yet.

During the winter break Volga was strengthened with a group of well-known players: Ropotan, Bordiyan, Castelen, Putilo, Pol'chak and Bulgaru transferred to the team.

Kuban will also continue the season with a new head coach. The team is led by Leonid Kuchuk and played well in off-season friendly games. The Yellow-Greens will try to continue fighting for a place in a leading group. During the championship break Leandro da Silva, Xandao, Kabore, Adeleye, Islamkhan transferred to the club.

During the winter break Krasnodar became one of the main newsmakers. Team led by Slavolyub Muslin won several big games while Wanderson who had transferred from GAIS shared a title of the best off-season scorer. But there are problems as well since several players got injured.

However Krasnodar club made good selection work: Petrov, Fil'tsov loaned from Lokomotiv, Isael who is injured yet as well, Teikeu and Pereira transferred to the club. At the same time Movsiyan trasferred to Spartak but Krasnodar attacking line still looks mightily even without him.

Amkar formally replaced a head coach. Currently the team is officially led by Rustem Khuzin. Among transfers to Perm club Georgiev, Kanunnikov, Burmistrov and Kammes are worth to be mentioned. At the same time Belorukov will not play for a month because due to an injury.

At the very beginning of the spring stage of SOGAZ-Russian Football Championship fans will witness a Moscow derby. Lokomotiv has led 1 point in the tournament table yet. Both clubs was not too active in off-season and did not purchase a lot of players.

Dynamo returned Epureanu from loan, purchased Ignatovic, loaned Davydov who stably scored in friendly games and also took several players for the future. Apart from this the club parted with some players who had not fitted into the game. There are Schildenfeld, Misimovic, Nekhaichik and Ropotan among them. So Dan Petrescu will experience uneasy finish of the season. But after failing start Dynamo still has good chances to finish in Eurocups zone.

At the training camp Lokomotiv played several bright games. N'Doye played well but the club experienced problems in a defence line. Yanbaev returned from Zenit, a player of Uzbekistan national team Denissov transferred to the club. Escshenko and Belyaev left the team.

No other significant changes occurred. Despite various gossips Glushakov stayed in the team. Lokomotiv is unlikely to be satisfied with its current position. So in the final of the season Slaven Bilic will have to make great efforts so that the team would finish in a worthy place.

Krylia Sovetov — CSKA

Gadzhiev is aware of skills of this players and he anchors great hopes on them. Samara club expects to finish in a safe zone instead of playing offs at the end of the season.

On the contrary CSKA preferred a point selection. Vagner Love returned from Brazil and showed himself both as a scorer and assistant in off-season friendly games. His return will strengthen CSKA attacking line since Leonid Slutskiy experienced a deficit at this position. Young Efremov was purchased for the future. CSKA is a clear favorite of the game.

Alania — Rostov

According to statistics, Alania and Rostov played 14 times in Vladikavkaz. Alania won 9 times while it played a draw 4 times and lost once. Spartak purchased a scoring forward Movsiyan who has proven his skills in friendly games, attacking player Waris and a defender Bocchetti, loaned a midfielder Vukovic. Ending of the championship will be of fundamental importance for Mordovia. Team led by a Romanian specialist Dorinel Muntyanu will have to score points in order to save their place in the Premier-League. Otherwise all hopes to be saved can melt away with snow.

New head coach involved experienced players to save the club - Bozovic, Oprita and Khubituya. In friendly games Mordovia was not brilliant so the new head coach needed to provide players with his vision of the game.

The fact that the team has nowhere to retreat plays for Mordovia.

Anji players will play tired after UEFA Europa League game. But Guus Hiddink has a solid selection of executants including newcomers - Escshenko and Willian. So Anji that continues fight for medals will be a clear favorite of the game.
