On June 10 the meeting of the General Assembly of the Russian Football Premier-League took place. Representatives of the clubs summarized the results of the SOGAZ-Russian Championship and discussed preparations for a new championship.

FC Mordovia and FC Alania were excluded from the RFPL as a result of the previous season. They were replaced with FC Ural and FC Tom.

The General Assembly agreed on regulations of the SOGAZ-Russian Football Championship  2013-2014 and Youth Championship 2013-2014. Now the FUR Executive Committee should approve the regulation documents, then they will come into effect.  

The RFPL General Assembly decided to recommend to the FUR executive Committee to approve the award of one star for five victories in the championships of the USSR and Russia.

After reviewing the proposed project of the calendar, the General Assembly decided to continue to work on its improvement.
