Russian Football Premier League regrets to inform you that Valentin Valentinov the famous announcer and legend of the Russian sports passed away at the age of 77 after severe and long illness.

For many spectators football matches were difficult to imagine without striking and powerful voice of Valentin Valentinov. As nobody else he could express with only the pitch of his voice all the intensity and complexity of the fight. The famous announcer was a vivid example of commitment to his profession, he was a model to emulate, a real professional. The whole era of the Russian football is over without him.
