In the MD 4 UEFA Champions League Group Stage match in England PFC CSKA was playing against Manchester City.

The match ended with win of the Russian Football Premier League club – 2:1.

In the very beginning Doumbia scored the opener, but soon Toure was able to score to Akinfeev. However, when the teams left the pitch in the halftime, it was 2:1 on the scoreboard, Doumbia had scored again.

In the second half the home team attacked the goal of Akinfeev more intensively, but they were not able to deal with the goalkeeper. Moreover, Manchester City had 9 players at the end of the game after Fernandinho and Toure were sent off.

After this win PFC CSKA has 4 points and the team reached Roma in the tournament table.
