On Monday, 6 April, the joint FUR and RFPL commission on football pitches (turf) approval for the Russian Football Championship and the Cup of Russia matches after an inspection trip to Tula took the following decision:

 «…to approve the football pitch of Arsenal (Tula) for the SOGAZ-Russian Football Championship MD 22 match between PFC Arsenal (Tula) and FC Spartak (Moscow) on 9 April 2015…»

The RFPL representative voted against holding this match in Tula on the turf, which does not correspond to the requirements of the SOGAZ-Russian Football Championship Regulations.
