In the wrap-up match of UEFA Champions League group stage Lokomotiv played away against Schalke-04 from Germany.

The game ended with win of Bundesliga club – 1:0.

During the first half the current Champion of Russia had its moment. But after the shot by Igor Denisov the ball almost went to the top corner. After the halftime Schalke-04 players attacked and they managed to score during extra time.

Lokomotiv lost and finished its participation in European Cups.
