The date of the matchday 23 meeting was changed by decision of the RFU Executive Committee Bureau, with the consent of the clubs.

On 20 June, Dynamo informed the RPL about the detection of cases of coronavirus and explained that the team was being quarantined by Rospotrebnadzor, and asked to postpone the game against FC Krasnodar. After the latter club’s written consent, the RPL asked the Russian Football Union to consider the clubs' requests at a meeting of the RFU Executive Committee Bureau.

On 21 June, the RFU Executive Committee approved the amended fixture list, setting 19 July as the new date for the match.
