On 21 September, the Russian Premier Liga office hosted an in-person General Meeting.

The following decisions were made:

1) The new version of the RPL charter was approved;

2) The composition of the task force to evaluate the effectiveness of the TV contract was approved. It was headed by the General Director of Lokomotiv Moscow, Vasily Kiknadze. The first meeting of the task force was held after the General Meeting;

3) RPL Executive Director Sergey Cheban was selected as a delegate to the next RFU Conference, which is scheduled for 2 October 2;

4) The return of the visiting fans’ quota for RPL matches and for the admission of spectators to Youth Championship matches was voted upon. The visiting fans’ quota for RPL matches must now be 5% of the allowed number of spectators. The increase in the quota has been allowed by agreement between the clubs. These proposals will have to be considered and approved by the RFU Executive Committee.

The Russian Premier Liga also reported on the estimated revenue and expenses for the 2019/20 RPL season and presented a forecast of revenue and expenses for the 2020/21 season.
