In the last minute of added time Club Brugge snatched all three points with a tap-in from Charles De Cetelaere. A spectacular Dejan Lovren long-range shot had drawn Zenit St. Petersburg level when it rebounded off the post and back into the net off the back of Brugge keeper Ethan Horvath’s head, after Emmanuel Dennis had bundled in a scrappy opener after the hour mark.

Zenit start Group F bottom, while Club Brugge take an early lead on three points.
