Zenit came from behind to beat fellow Champions League side Krasnodar thanks to Artem Dzyuba’s late winner, after the Russian international had earlier missed a penalty. Marcus Berg had given Murad Musaev’s men the lead from the spot early on, before Daler Kuzyaev’s carefully-placed left-footed finish drew the hosts level. In added time, substitute Aleksey Sutormin slotted home a third to seal the win.

Zenit leapfrog Spartak into second on 30 points, while Krasnodar stay down in 10th on 18 points.
