Luzhniki stadium hosted the Russian Cup last-16 draw, in which 14 RPL teams and two FNL sides will compete. The ceremony was attended by Aleksandr Alaev, General Secretary of the Russian Football Union, and Sergey Pryadkin, President of the Russian Premier Liga.

Ten teams have qualified for the last 16 from the elite group round: Ural, Spartak, Arsenal, Ufa, Khimki, Akhmat, Krylia Sovetov, Sochi, SKA Khabarovsk and Tambov. The other six teams - Zenit, Lokomotiv, Krasnodar, CSKA, Rostov and Dynamo - automatically qualified for the knockout stages as participants in this season’s European competitions.

Preliminary dates for the last 16 ties are 20-21 February 2021. The first teams listed will be the hosts.

The current cup holders are Zenit St. Petersburg.
