Rubin Kazan made it two wins out of two after utterly thwarting Arsenal Tula away from home. The party began early when Korean midfielder Hwang In-Beom scored just 13 minutes in, and the game was essentially sealed when Djordje Despotovic made it two from the penalty spot in the first half. Georgian talisman Khvicha Kvaratskhelia scored a lovely curling effort, rounding off a perfect first period for Rubin.

Unsurprisingly, this proved to be enough for a victory and Leonid Slutsky’s men will now prepare for their European tie against Polish side Rakow next Thursday.
