Four RPL teams played friendly matches in Turkey and the UAE.
CSKA 3-0 Murcia
The Armymen’s opponents were Spanish side Murcia. The Red-Blues scored all their goals after the break: Anton Zabolotny scored an individual goal, with Igor Diveev and Vladislav Yakovlev also on the scoresheet. The Moscow team will play their next game on 20 February against Rubin.
Ural 2-1 Riga
The Latvian championship representatives previously met RPL opposition at the winter training camp, losing 3-1 to Spartak, and now faced Ural. Ramazan Gadzhimuradov and Aleksey Evseev scored for the RPL side. Ural will train at their camp in the UAE until 22 February.
Nizhny Novgorod 1-2 Baltika
FNL-1 side baltika had already faced RPL opponents at their winter training camp; on 29 January they lost 1-0 to Sochi. Nizhny Novgorod went 2-0 down by half time, before Ákos Kecskés scored their only goal in the 58th minute. With this match, Aleksandr Kerzhakov’s men completed their second training camp in Turkey.
Khimki 2-1 Navbakhor
Khimki beat the Uzbekistan Super League side behind closed doors. On 19 February, Khimki will meet Krylia Sovetov, which will also be behind closed doors.
