Rubin beat Tobol in last match of training camp in Turkey

Rubin Kazan played the final test match at their winter training camp in Turkey and emerged 2-0 winners over Kazakh side Tobol.

German Onugkha opened the scoring in the 39th minute from a free kick, and seven minutes from time Rubin doubled their lead through an own goal. Former CSKA midfielder Zoran Tosic played for the champions of Kazakhstan.

Leonid Slutsky's team played eight friendly matches over the winter, winning two and drawing six.

On 28 February, in their first RPL fixture after the winter break, Rubin will take on Zenit at the Gazprom Arena.
