RPL commission on pitches quality gave permission to Central Stadium of Trade Unions in Voronezh to held RPL Week 15 fixture Fakel vs CSKA scheduled to play on 11 November.

The Commission report states that the situation at Fakel vs Spartak match occurred due to force majeure circumstances – abnormal amounts of precipitation. The depth of the snow cover was 12 centimeters; in just three days, 60 percent of the monthly norm fell.

Work is currently underway to restore the damaged areas in accordance with the agreed plan. The commission noted that the visual characteristics of the field are improving every day, there is a positive trend in the growth and development of the grass cover, and the main technical characteristics are optimal except the humidity of the playing surface (the deviation from the RFU Standards is 10 percent). The issue of purchasing and delivering a new rainproof coating within two days has been resolved.

All this allows to conclude that it is possible to hold a match against CSKA at the stadium in Voronezh.
