28-year old midfield from Arsenal signed a contract with a Kazakhstan Premier League club.

For Arsenal Ignatyev had his debut in FNL Premiership 2013-2014, acting mostly at the left wing of midfield. Effective performance of the winter can be seen in the results: 7 goals and 9 assists in 33 matches of the first division. Sergey scored the first goal of the Gunners in the first home match of the season against Siberia.

In the autumn part of the current RFPL Championship Ignatyev played 8 matches.

The contract with Irtysh, which is coached by Dmitry Cheryshev, is concluded till 30 November 2015.
