Injured Yury Lodygin won’t play till the end of the year

Zenit goalkeeper Yury Lodygin was injured at the training session before the match against Rostov.

After a medical examination the player was diagnosed an injury of right calf muscles.

The recovery period is expected to last 5-6 weeks. That means that the goalkeeper will miss the final period of the first part of the season which will be over on 13 December, as the club website informs.

Yury Lodygin plays for Zenit since 2013, he played 164 matches for the team and 71 of them were with clean sheets.
