Zenit St. Petersburg announce activating priority buy-out option for Corinthians forward Pedro.

The opportunity was given to Zenit in January as a part of deal with Corinthians, which included Robert Renan, Du Queiroz (both signed with Zenit; Renan joined in winter, Quieroz came in summer), Gustavo Mantuan (stayed on loan in Zenit, was bought out in June), Ivan (came back to Brazil from loan) and Yuri Alberto (bought out by Corinthians after loan).

Pedro will join Zenit after reaching 18-year age, he was born on 9 February 2006. This year 17-year-old forward started playing for Corinthians first team and made ten appearances in all tournaments. In winter he became winner of South America U-20 Championship with Brazil and scored two goals in eight matches of final stage.
