Rubin Kazan and Baltika Kaliningrad announced agreement on Joel Fameyeh, as player joined Baltika on loan until the end of 2023/24 season.

It’s the second deal between clubs this winter; in January Baltika loaned Vitaly Lisakovich from Rubin.

In the first part of RPL season Fameyeh scored three goals in 15 matches. 26-year-old player signed with Rubin in summer 2022, he also played in Russia for Orenburg. Overall striker from Ghana has ten goals in 38 RPL matches.
