In the Russian Football Championship MD 6 opening match Terek hosted Dynamo. The match started with a minute of silence to pay tribute to Lev Durov.

The match ended in a draw – 1:1.

The opener was scored in the 41^st minute by Kokorin who finished the attack of the club from Moscow with a goal. Several minutes after the second half started Kokorin got a red card. Terek players used numerical advantage and equalized in the 69^th minute, it was a goal by Mauricio. The match ended with 1:1 on the scoreboard.
