In Russian Premier League MD 28 match in Makhachkala Anji hosted Arsenal. The game ended with win of the visiting team 1:0.

In the middle of the first half Bella Ondoua had a foul on Zelimkhal Bakaev in his own penalty area and the referee pointed at the 11-meter mark. Bakaev performed the set-play perfectly and this goal became the winning one.

After this game Anji lost all chances to keep its place in the Premier League. The club will play the next season in Football National League.
