Odise Roshi scored twice - from the penalty spot in the first half, and two minutes from time - after Evgeniy Kharin had given Igor Shalimov’s side the lead with a wonderful chip.  Evgeniy Lutsenko squeezed in a well-taken consolation into added time.

Kharin lifted a delightful finish over Yuriy Lodygin after quarter of an hour from Andres Ponce’s well-judged through-ball. Akhmat didn’t have to wait long before extending their lead, when Maksim Belyaev was penalised for bringing down Ponce in the area. Roshi stepped up to convert the spot kick.

In the closing stages Roshi pounced to lash a loose ball into the far corner to cap a controlled performance for Akhmat, but not before Lutsenko finished across Evgeniy Gorodov for his 12th goal of the season.

Arsenal Tula kick off matchday 26 with a trip to face Dynamo Moscow on Saturday 4 July, while Akhmat Grozny host CSKA Moscow later the same day.
